01 Eligibility
To register and use Login Baji, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Login Baji strictly enforces age verification and may request documentation to confirm your age at any point.
- You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful where you reside.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. All accounts on Login Baji must be registered in the user's own name and for their personal use only.
- You must not have been previously excluded or banned from Login Baji for any reason.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Note: Login Baji uses third-party age and identity verification tools. If your account cannot be verified, it may be suspended pending the submission of valid identification documents.
02 Account Registration
When you create an account on Login Baji, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
- One account per person: You may only hold one active Login Baji account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances and will be closed.
- Account credentials: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Login Baji will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
- Accurate information: If any of your registration details change — for example, your phone number or payment details — you must update your account promptly. Login Baji may suspend accounts where information appears to be inaccurate or outdated.
- Verification: Login Baji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
By registering on Login Baji, you confirm that all details provided are truthful and that you accept full responsibility for any activity conducted through your account.
03 Deposits & Withdrawals
Login Baji supports a range of local Pakistani payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Accepted payment methods include:
- Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
- JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
- NayaPay (digital wallet)
- SadaPay (digital wallet)
- IBFT bank transfer
- Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card
Deposits: Funds deposited into your Login Baji account are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Login Baji aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or wallet provider. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your Login Baji account.
Important: Login Baji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any funds received from an unverified or third-party source may be frozen pending investigation.
Login Baji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which Login Baji accepts no responsibility.
04 Betting Rules
All bets placed on Login Baji are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to the relevant market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the rules governing that bet.
- Bet confirmation: A bet is only considered confirmed once it has been accepted by Login Baji's systems and a bet reference number has been issued. Until that point, no contract exists between you and Login Baji in relation to that wager.
- Errors in odds: In the event that odds are published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure — and those odds are materially different from the true market price — Login Baji reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
- Void bets: Certain events may be voided if the underlying sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond a set period, or otherwise deemed invalid by the relevant governing body. In such cases, your stake will be returned in full.
- Maximum payout limits: Login Baji applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Any winnings exceeding published limits will be capped at the maximum payout amount.
- Accumulator bets: Accumulator bets combine multiple selections. If any single leg of an accumulator is voided, that selection is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator continues with adjusted odds. If a voided leg was the only remaining selection, the bet is settled at odds of 1.0.
- Live betting: In-play bets on Login Baji are accepted in real time at the odds displayed at the moment of placement. Login Baji's decision regarding in-play bet acceptance is final and may be influenced by the live state of the event.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
Login Baji offers bonuses and promotions to eligible users from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, qualifying deposits, and expiry dates.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were awarded.
- Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- Login Baji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to an account, provided they are within their validity period.
- Abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematically exploiting promotions across markets to guarantee a risk-free profit — is strictly prohibited. Such behaviour may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
- Login Baji's decision regarding bonus eligibility and settlement is final in all cases.
06 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Login Baji. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
- Registering more than one account per person
- Using false identity information during registration or verification
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Login Baji platform in any way
- Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Login Baji platform or its underlying systems
- Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of any bet
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting using non-public information
- Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Reverse engineering or extracting any part of the Login Baji platform
07 Account Suspension & Termination
Login Baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following situations:
- Breach of any term outlined in this agreement
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent activity or use of stolen payment details
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financial crime
- Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, Login Baji may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. In cases where no breach is found, any balance to which the user is legitimately entitled will be returned through normal withdrawal channels.
Users who wish to close their own Login Baji account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding eligible balance will be paid out following standard verification procedures.
08 Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, graphics, logos, software, and text on the Login Baji platform are the intellectual property of Login Baji or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or commercially exploit any part of the Login Baji platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of Login Baji's intellectual property may result in legal action.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Login Baji shall not be held liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from the use of the platform, including losses due to technical failures, network interruptions, or server downtime
- Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of Login Baji
- Losses arising from a user's failure to maintain account security
- Decisions made by sporting bodies, referees, or governing organisations that affect the outcome of an event
Login Baji makes no warranties — express or implied — about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. We strive for a stable, uninterrupted experience, but cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.
10 Privacy & Data Protection
Login Baji collects and processes personal data as part of the account registration, verification, and transaction processes. The collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
By creating an account on Login Baji, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required.
11 Responsible Gaming
Login Baji is committed to promoting a safe and responsible betting environment for all Pakistani users. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic, and we take that seriously.
